Really enjoyed this piece. I got my first Apple Watch after getting a bone marrow transplant in order to help track my recovery, but I’ve also had disordered eating in the past and this made that worse at times. I’ve definitely learned that balance is important, and while I am training for a half marathon now and use it a lot for that purpose, I also try to distance myself from it once a week. I’m glad to see that this is getting attention.
